LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking a qualified part-time Contract Instructor Tactics (CIT) for the MH-60R Weapon Systems/Platforms training at Naval Air Station (NAS) Mayport, Florida.

Qualifications:   A CIT must be or have been an H-60 aircraft Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) qualified Pilot/Sensor Operator (SO)/Airbone Tactical Officer (ATO) within the previous five (5) years, or have been a simulator instructor (Tactics) within the preceding five years for the H-60. A CIT shall have a minimum of one (1) Fleet tour and have (800) flying hours in the H-60 or similar aircraft. Seahawk Weapons Tactics Instructor  or HSM Fleet Replacement Squadron Instructor preferred.

Certifications:  A CIT must successfully complete the MH-60R open-book, closed-book, oral NATOPS (tactics) exam and annually renew NATOPS qualifications with the FRS.  A CIT must demonstrate an understanding of the MH-60R mission, crew procedures and coordination, tactics, and threat systems/tactics, FRP Syllabus, and curriculum change forms.
